I started at BENK PROJECTS in 2015 and what a lot has happened in those succeeding years both with myself and the organization!

Around my startup, I noticed that I still often had to explain our organization to people. BENK PROJECTS? No, never heard of it was what I often heard back then. Today you can safely say that this is different. BENK PROJECTS is now an established name within the oil & gas. The fact that we have created this position for ourselves is something that makes me very proud. I am convinced that we will keep this position for a long time, even if we have to keep working hard for it.

On a personal level, I never thought beforehand that my first position in this field would be such a success right away. For me personally, the trust and freedom you get as an employee has made me go to work with a smile on my face from day 1. It was a conscious decision for me to start working for a "smaller" party in 2015, because of the freedom you generally get faster at a smaller organization.

I started as an oil & gas recruiter and in 2019 I joined as a partner of this fine company. With pride I look back at the steps I have been able to make within the company over the past years, but I also like to look ahead. Both personally and company-wise I like to see BENK PROJECTS continue to grow and participate in many new challenging projects.
