The first 6 months of Guy Bouma!

You have your first day of work, then you blink once and voilà you have been employed for six months. In other words, time has flown by at BENK. I look back on the past six months with great pleasure. I like the fact that I am left free and taken seriously, which allows me to develop into the professional I want to be. In addition, I am also well supported by all my colleagues in Meppel and Rotterdam.

On a personal level things are absolutely great at BENK, there is always room for good unabashed nattering and it's all wonderfully informal, which suits me well.
Work content is also super. I travel all over the country to visit projects where people wait for me and then talk passionately about work. I also help people with their next step in their career, which they might not have achieved without us. The gratitude of people upon placement combined with always looking for opportunities is something that energizes me.

In short, I can draw the conclusion that I have found my niche here, and to top it off, I even got to sign my permanent contract!
