Your position will be as follows

You will manage a number of specific projects in the Northern Netherlands region for your clients. Together with your team, you ensure that the projects are realized from start to completion (and aftercare) with good quality and financial results. You do this by, among other things:

• Being in contact and making appointments with customers and suppliers, among others;
• Monitor the progress of your projects;
• create reports, for example, in the area of more/less work;
• Ensure optimal use of materials and your staff.

As project leader you are also a manager and you coach and motivate your team. With your enthusiastic approach, you support the personal development of your employees so that together you achieve a beautiful end result.

Here's what we expect from you

• Several years of experience as a project manager in underground infrastructure;
• Completed (technical) education at MBO 4 or college level;
• valid driver's license B;
• as a connector, you are bold, take initiative and can empathize with your customers;
• you act cost-consciously.
