Your position will be as follows

We are looking for a born leader with a keen eye for safety and quality. In doing so, you have a passion for guiding teams and ensuring safe work processes.

As a work manager, you are the lynchpin in the safe and quality execution of our projects. In this role, you have daily contact with various parties and are central within our organization. Safety and quality are your spearheads, that's how you make the difference! The versatility of your duties - directing, controlling, advising, coaching and addressing - makes for a challenging and dynamic job where no day is the same. Your responsibilities include:

Risk inventory and plans:

• The preparation or commissioning of necessary and mandatory safety plans;
• Identify and map risks prior to project implementation.

Monitoring and compliance:

• Testing compliance with safety rules and requirements during implementation;
• Checking qualifications, skills, behavior and working methods of colleagues.

Coaching and mentoring:

• Coaching colleagues and external hires on safety awareness, safety work instructions, procedures BEI-LS/VIAG, material handling, assembly techniques, tools and measuring instruments.

Consultation and advice:

• Participate in internal and external security consultations;
• Conduct regular toolbox meetings (safety sessions);
• Advising clients and other parties on work instructions and technical problems.

Here's what we expect from you

• At least a technical mbo level 4 diploma;
• valid driver's license B;
• Experience as a work supervisor or contractor in underground infrastructure;
• You have experience in coaching and enthusing people;
• You work systematically, are results-oriented and work according to the "work safely or don't work" principle.
