Your position will be as follows

As a work planner you are responsible for preparing, budgeting and supporting project execution within the set schedule. You coordinate, plan and organize projects within electricity/gas/water; especially at the front and in the aftercare. You take care of financial progress reports and transfer to execution. You are responsible for the input of production, requests for permits, ordering material/material, the inspection of projects, traffic plans and processing the more/less work. In addition, you maintain warm contacts with our clients. As a work planner, you know exactly what is going on 'outside and inside' and you are the central point of contact for the entire planning of the project.
As a work planner you have a very versatile and varied job. The pace is high, you have a lot of contact with (very diverse) customers. Switching quickly, a lot of arranging and organizing. Your colleagues consist of a project leader and various implementation teams. Besides you, the construction team consists of a foreman and technical administrative staff.

Here's what we expect from you

The most important thing is you as a person. You are someone who can handle a lot of work without forgetting things. You can keep several balls in the air, keep an overview and are service-oriented. You know how to find the balance between commercial thinking and strategic customer relations. It is important that you can keep an overview in a hectic environment. Furthermore, you learn quickly, so you can quickly work independently. You have (preferably) several years of experience in a similar position in underground infrastructure through work experience in the contracting industry or with network managers. A driver's license is also important because as a work planner you will also travel to the clients for meetings.

In addition, we consider the following important:

  • You have at least MBO+ working and thinking level;
  • You preferably have an appropriate technical college education;
  • You have computer skills (Office, MS Projects);
  • You have VCA basic or VOL certification;
  • You have great problem-solving skills and are stress-resistant;
  • You are enterprising and accurate, flexible, creative and nicely driven;
  • You have communication skills both verbally and in writing.
